Overview

The role involves overseeing medium-scale construction projects primarily in residential, commercial, and township developments. The position requires a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Managing mid-sized construction projects efficiently.
Applying expertise in civil, structural, and interior finishing works, with a preference for candidates experienced in interior projects.
Leading teams with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Handling projects within residential, commercial, and township sectors.
Expertise in preparing project estimations, billing procedures, quantity take-offs from drawings, rate analysis within Bill of Quantities (BOQ), verifying quantities, and conducting site inspections.
Studying the BOQ according to specifications and extracting precise quantities from drawings.
