Role Overview

As an Associate with Metis Strategy, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through strategic and technological transformations. Your responsibility will include analyzing organizational capabilities, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with clients to implement plans to realize their future vision. You will utilize proprietary analytical frameworks such as STAR, World Class IT, and the Digital Maturity Assessment to dissect complex client situations and propose impactful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hypothesis development, primary and secondary research, data gathering and analysis.
• Conduct industry trend assessments and build analytical models.
• Create client presentation materials and effectively communicate strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with senior consultants to navigate complex business environments and develop solution roadmaps.

Candidate Qualifications

• Residency in or ability to work within Eastern Time Zone hours; remote work is standard, though occasional client site travel is required.
• 2 to 6 years of post-undergraduate experience in a professional services strategy or management consulting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related disciplines with at least a 3.5 GPA; graduate education is favorable but not mandatory.
• Proficient analytical skills with experience managing large data sets.
• Strong business and technological understanding, with proven success in solving complex corporate challenges.
• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Tableau, MS Visio, and other analytic or visualization tools is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and proactive action.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, with high intellectual curiosity.
• Professional integrity and ability to handle confidential information with judgment.
• Excellent collaboration skills and relationship-building capability with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $135,000, complemented by eligibility for bonus pay. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; parental leave; family support benefits; retirement contributions; and paid time off. Compensation is aligned with experience and qualifications.
