Role Overview
As an Audit Operation Coordinator for the EMEA region, you will support audit protocol creation and updates, help ensure strong service delivery for internal and external requests, and share feedback that improves the digital tools used by the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the technical team to build and refresh audit protocols using the most efficient approach possible, reducing editing time while keeping them aligned with client expectations and ready for auditors.
- Handle incoming requests from both internal and external stakeholders, meeting required service levels and deadlines.
- Share practical feedback with the IT Product team to help improve the tool in a way that makes it more useful and efficient for daily work.
Requirements
- A university degree in Business or a closely related field.
- Ability to adjust quickly to a dynamic, international work environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in Italian, English, and French.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in an auditing or certification organization, or in a similar role.
- High attention to detail, including when working under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Interest in contributing to improvements across the global supply chain.
- Excellent Italian language skills are essential for this position.
