Role Overview
We seek a driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager, preferably with expertise in HORECA and institutional sales, to lead our sales lead conversion and field sales activities. The candidate will manage the entire customer engagement process, from initial inquiry through to meeting coordination, while overseeing a team of telecallers and optimizing lead-to-customer conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads generated through various marketing channels such as Meta Ads, website inquiries, walk-ins, phone calls, and referrals.
- Ensure prompt and systematic communication with all leads, qualifying prospects and focusing on high-potential opportunities.
- Lead and supervise a team of two telecalling executives, delegating leads, monitoring daily calls, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance improvement for team members.
- Track key performance indicators and take accountability for effective lead conversion.
- Organize and coordinate customer meetings, assigning field sales executives based on geographic location and availability.
- Accompany sales staff to high-value or critical customer meetings as necessary.
- Monitor meeting results and ensure proper follow-ups are conducted post meetings.
Eligibility
