Role Overview
The Booking Agent will be responsible for arranging performance opportunities for the agency’s artists. The position involves coordinating appearances, handling contract discussions, organizing travel, confirming bookings, and building new relationships with venues, promoters, and potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage performance bookings for represented artists.
- Negotiate, review, and finalize performance agreements.
- Coordinate travel logistics linked to shows and appearances.
- Confirm scheduled performances with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new markets, partners, and client opportunities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Arts Management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Prior experience booking and managing artists in the electronic music industry.
- A well-established network of contacts across venues, promoters, and industry professionals in Europe, the USA, and LATAM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid negotiation ability.
- Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment.
