Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients for sales and lead creation.
Communicate details about our products, services, and special offers clearly to customers.
Effectively manage customer calls to convert leads into confirmed sales.
Understand customer requirements and persuade them to avail products or services.
Develop thorough knowledge of all products to confidently address customer queries.
