Skillians Academy is a prominent organization specializing in skill development and training aimed at empowering students and professionals through programs tailored to industry demands. We are currently seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients to understand their learning and career aspirations.
• Present and explain the courses offered by Skillians Academy and suggest appropriate programs aligned with client needs.
• Follow up diligently with promising leads to convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective and ongoing communication.
• Meet monthly sales goals while upholding ethical standards in selling.
• Accurately document leads, follow-ups, and all communications with customers.
• Complete the required training before managing responsibilities independently.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Candidates must be under 30 years of age.
• Possession of a personal laptop and reliable internet connection is mandatory.
• Applicants should not be engaged in any ongoing full-time education, part-time employment, internships, or other commitments.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
• Both fresh graduates and candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of sales, business development, telecalling, or customer interaction is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• A fixed salary of ₹10,000 per month during an initial two-month probation period.
• Performance-based incentives without caps.
• Salary revision post probation period based on individual performance.
• Possibility of probation period extension or reduction contingent on performance.
• Remote work option available.
• Reimbursement for mobile telephony expenses in accordance with company policies.

Working Hours

Monday through Saturday with shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, depending on allocation.
