Job Overview

As a Business Development Executive at SR Research Analytics based in Bengaluru, your core mission will be to expand the company's client base within the stock market sector through proactive market research, client engagement, and strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business prospects by conducting thorough market trend analyses specific to the stock market domain.
• Proactively engage with potential clients, articulate the company's solutions clearly, and customize offerings to align with client needs, converting leads into long-term customers.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships by understanding their investment objectives and recommending suitable products or services.
• Stay abreast of stock market movements, competitive landscape, and industry developments to uncover avenues for business expansion.
• Collaborate with the sales department to consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets, thereby boosting company growth.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings, compliance regulations, and market conditions to effectively advise clients and prospects.
• Document all sales activities, client interactions, and lead progress, and prepare detailed reports on performance, market insights, and encountered challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Essential skills include excellent communication abilities, strong sales orientation, networking, adaptability, target-driven approach, negotiation aptitude, persuasive pitching, and conviction in sales discussions.
• Proficiency in Hindi is considered an advantageous addition.
