Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cafeteria Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the kitchen and front-of-house dining areas ensuring all activities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and verify weekly duty rosters and daily attendance for floor personnel.
- Supervise and actively engage in kitchen coordination as well as the guest dining service to maintain seamless operation flows.
- Provide training to service staff and food handlers on line preparation, order assembly, guest service protocols, and sanitation as well as safety practices.
- Manage and direct waiters and servers delivering guest services ensuring high standards are met.
- Maintain top quality hospitality, cleanliness, and service for all customers.
- Handle customer documentation processes including generating and distributing accurate invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to support service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience within catering or hospitality environments focusing on high-volume food line and table service management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
- Must be locally present in Qatar with valid NOC to facilitate visa transfer.
