Role Overview: Care Coordinator
The Care Coordinator role at BICMD involves providing outstanding support to both physicians and clients, acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries. This position works closely with senior management and the Care Coordination Team to ensure superior care for every consultation. Ideal candidates show enthusiasm for healthcare, possess entry-level clinical insight, and excel both independently and within teams. The role offers professional development, including potential transitions into account management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support expert physicians by managing case coordination and smooth communication.
- Onboard and train top-tier surgeons and physicians, including team doctors for major sports leagues and the Olympics.
- Assist current and prospective clients by addressing inquiries via phone and email about BICMD's services.
- Help procure, organize, and review medical records and imaging materials.
- Contribute to client success initiatives that encourage referrals and higher service utilization.
- Support Clinical Operations teams in case management from start through completion.
- Analyze clinical outcomes and reinforce quality assurance processes.
- Engage with clients proactively to maintain high satisfaction before and after consultations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as URAC, HIPAA, and SOC2.
Candidate Qualifications
