Job Overview

We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our team remotely, providing timely and professional customer support via chat. This position involves assisting customers with astrology-related services and ensuring smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer conversations through WhatsApp.
Answer queries pertaining to astrology services.
Inform customers about reports, consultation sessions, and promotional offers.
Communicate politely, professionally, and within expected timeframes.
Keep chat records updated whenever necessary.

Working Hours

The working schedule is from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with a 2-hour break during the shift.

Candidate Requirements

Proficient typing skills in both Hindi and English.
Basic familiarity with smartphones or laptops and reliable internet access.
Effective communication and skills in handling customer interactions.
Previous experience in chat support or sales would be advantageous but is not required.
