Civil Engineer

Job Overview

Join Cambrian Engineering Corporation as a Civil Engineer based in Singapore. This role involves supporting the Project Manager with a variety of project-related tasks, including technical and engineering matters on-site as well as handling submissions to authorities.

Primary Duties

• Support the Project Manager with project issues and technical engineering on site, including managing authority submissions.
• Prepare and compile daily site reports reflecting ongoing work progress.
• Manage site inspections, planning, and other onsite activities effectively.
• Facilitate coordination between internal departments and external parties such as clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Supervise team operations on-site, enforcing safety protocols and compliance standards, while ensuring project timelines are met.
• Assist in preparing presentations and materials as needed.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or its equivalent.
• Have a minimum of two years' experience working within the construction industry.
• Exhibit strong leadership, time management, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Be detail-oriented, well organized, and maintain a positive work attitude.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation
