Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Success Lead who will manage a portfolio of client accounts, effectively combining hands-on project coordination with strategic planning to foster client growth. This role involves close collaboration with design and development leaders to convert strategy into measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a set of client accounts end-to-end, balancing daily project execution with long-term growth strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact, managing client expectations and maintaining their confidence in project outcomes.
- Coordinate timelines, key milestones, budgets, and scope across multiple concurrent projects and retainers.
- Advise and steer clients' growth strategies focusing on design, development, and optimization efforts, prioritizing initiatives that enhance conversion rates, average order value (AOV), customer retention, and overall revenue.
- Promote innovative working methods, including leveraging AI-assisted tools, to improve efficiency and deliver superior results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an agency setting dealing with eCommerce website projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of Shopify and its related ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized, proactive, and composed under pressure.
- A strong passion for user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and design fundamentals.
- Skill in interpreting data to develop clear recommendations and prioritize actions.
- Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and improved work methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
- Commercially savvy with a sincere dedication to supporting client growth.
