Client Support Specialist

Overview

This part-time remote position involves providing dedicated assistance to clients of Peach Gorilla regarding their wellness services and programs. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries through email, chat, or phone, delivering clear explanations about offerings, and guiding clients through account or service-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Address client questions promptly across multiple communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track recurring issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support workflows and overall client experience.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure optimal use of wellness resources and maintain client engagement.
