Job Overview

As a Collections Specialist at Rakbank in the United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts and supporting debt recovery operations. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma qualification.
UAE Nationals are particularly encouraged to apply.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Collections, Customer Service, Banking Operations, or related segments in banking or financial services.
Familiarity and practical experience in managing customer accounts and handling related inquiries.
Knowledge of collections processes, recovery techniques, and relevant banking products.
Basic understanding of debt collection laws and industry standards.
