A Continental Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking European-inspired dishes with precision and standards of quality. The role involves understanding and following specific recipes as well as ensuring all ingredients are properly prepared ahead of service.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and interpret various continental recipes accurately.
Prepare and organize ingredients using mise-en-place techniques.
Cook specialty items such as grills and pasta dishes maintaining high culinary standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen at all times.
Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
