What We Offer
- Contract durations available for 12, 18, or 21 months, tailored to your needs
- Hourly wages of $34.61 for day shifts, $35.99 for evening shifts, and $36.68 for night shifts
- Eligibility for the company's profit-sharing program

Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision machining on various alloys, including assembly and fitting of components maintaining high-quality standards
- Operate various machinery such as lathes, grinders, and conventional and CNC milling machines
- Program and operate CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, wire cut machines, burners, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Inspect and adjust measuring instruments, fixtures, and dies
- Repair and fabricate various tools following plans and verbal instructions
- Contribute to process and manufacturing improvements
- Engage actively within the team and the plant environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Completed training as a machinist, toolmaker, or equivalent
- Relevant hands-on experience with conventional and CNC machine operation
- Willingness and availability to work evening and night shifts for multiple years
- Self-reliant and resourceful
- Adaptable to change
- Strong teamwork skills
- Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement principles
Preferred Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in a tooling workshop or comparable roles
