Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual food items as needed.
• Manage the ordering of kitchen supplies and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee kitchen staff and helpers to maintain workflow and standards.
• Keep accurate inventory and records related to food, kitchen supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and associated work areas according to health standards.
