Corporate Recruiter

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles across functions. This role involves building a robust talent pipeline, conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews, facilitating hiring decisions, and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and maintaining excellent relations with candidates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams on their staffing requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and expand professional networks to monitor market trends, gather industry best practices, and analyze competitive intelligence to support program growth.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and business partners to implement focused recruitment campaigns.
• Design and execute sourcing methods to identify top campus talent and drive diversity hiring goals.
• Plan and coordinate diversity recruiting events spanning multiple functions strategically.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate journey from application through onboarding, maintaining clear and timely communications including offer management and declinations.
• Lead interview feedback sessions with stakeholders to influence hiring decisions and secure high-quality hires.
• Maintain and enhance recruitment processes, policies, and data accuracy within the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Update and manage recruitment trackers and generate detailed reports to inform key stakeholders regularly.
