Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in the Greater Tübingen Area. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for crafting visual concepts and designs that support packaging, marketing initiatives, and brand identity consistent with Novin Saffron’s product portfolio. Daily duties encompass designing graphics for both digital and print, creating logos and brand elements, collaborating closely with marketing and product development teams, and preparing visual materials for production. Additional responsibilities include assisting with web and social media graphics, ensuring brand uniformity across all platforms, and introducing innovative ideas to boost customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design showcased by a creative and detail-oriented portfolio.
• Experienced in branding and logo creation, including developing and implementing cohesive visual identity systems.
• Skilled at designing effective layouts and user interfaces for digital platforms, such as websites.
• Proficient with major design software like Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools.
• Knowledgeable about print production workflows and packaging design is a strong advantage.
• Capable of working collaboratively with various departments and effectively communicating design ideas.
• Educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
