Role Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Deliver excellent service by listening actively and communicating effectively with customers.
• Handle order management including processing purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Collaborate and coordinate with team members as needed.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve customer service operations.
• Identify urgent customer issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Uphold a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when dealing with customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in customer support or a related area is essential.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service methodologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle time efficiently.
• A college degree is preferred.

Additional Information

• Location: Hosur, India.
• Applicants must hold any bachelor's degree.
• Monthly salary range is between 275000 to 300000 INR.
