Customer Service Representative

Role overview

This position is for a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal, within a multicultural international workplace. The opportunity includes a relocation bonus and is intended for candidates who are ready to commit to a 12-month stay.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries coming in by phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver clear, correct, and prompt support while keeping interactions professional.
• Work toward strong customer satisfaction and consistent service standards.
• Adhere to internal processes, quality expectations, and compliance rules.
• Record customer conversations and keep account details current in internal tools.
• Partner with internal teams when a case needs additional coordination or escalation.

Relocation support

Candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal receive support with the paperwork needed for NIF and NISS, plus help finding accommodation based on their needs. A relocation bonus of €2,500 gross is paid in the first payroll cycle. Candidates already within Portugal, but at least 100 km away from Lisbon, are offered €1,500 gross to help with the move.

Candidate profile

The employer is looking for applicants who speak one European language fluently or natively, such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or a Nordic language, and who also have English at B1 level or above. Candidates should be willing to relocate to Lisbon for at least 12 months, be dependable and customer-focused, and feel comfortable in a structured international setting. Prior customer service experience is not required because training will be provided.
