Role overview
eSkill is looking for a data analyst who enjoys digging into unfamiliar datasets, asking the right questions, and turning raw information into clear business insight. This position is part of the Go-to-Market Operations team and supports better decision-making through dependable reporting and analysis.
You will work closely with teams across Product, Sales, Success, and Marketing to improve visibility into business performance, strengthen reporting quality, and help leaders act on trustworthy data. The job is based onsite at eSkill's downtown San Antonio office.

Responsibilities
- Create and update dashboards and reports in Tableau or similar BI platforms so business teams can make informed decisions.
- Manage the intake workflow for incoming data requests and keep priorities organized across stakeholders.
- Check that reporting outputs and source systems stay aligned, accurate, and consistent so users can rely on the numbers.
- Work with large datasets in Snowflake to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support business strategy.
- Act as the main contact between RevOps and engineering for Snowflake-related data needs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience creating dashboards and reports with complex SQL queries.
- Practical experience with Tableau or a similar BI tool, including building dashboards from the ground up, maintaining executive reporting, adding calculated fields, and working with complex data models.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing and refining queries.
- Comfort using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in work, personal projects, or everyday use.
- Experience handling a request queue, prioritizing data work for stakeholders, and maintaining reporting quality standards.
- Ability to convert business-team requests into clear data and reporting requirements.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Preferred: experience in an early-stage, high-growth, or fast-scaling company.
- Preferred: hands-on Snowflake experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with CRM and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and related platforms.
- Preferred: experience in SaaS or RevOps analytics.
- Personal strengths: comfortable with ambiguity, able to organize work around goals, proactive about catching issues early, open to feedback, and able to work independently while knowing when to ask for help.
- Strong communication skills across Sales, Marketing, Success, and Product teams, with the ability to translate information needs into data requirements.
- Genuine curiosity about why people need the data and a habit of building with the underlying business need in mind.
