Data Analyst

About the Role

Join a partner of Haystack as a Data Analyst, where you will analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights addressing various challenges. You will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their queries, conduct thorough research, develop relevant metrics, and devise strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights.
• Engage with clients to understand information needs and deliver tailored analyses.
• Respond to data requests, integrate data from various sources, and prepare comprehensive analytical reports.
• Create dashboards and visual representations of data to guide enterprise decision-making.
• Develop automation scripts to handle repetitive reporting tasks efficiently, ensuring standardized outputs.

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum of four years' experience working with data.
• At least two years' experience with data engineering technologies such as Databricks or Spark.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis, with at least two years using these tools.
• Experience in conducting research, providing strategic recommendations, and supporting business intelligence initiatives for two or more years.
• Self-driven with exceptional attention to detail in all assignments.
• Possession of a Secret security clearance is mandatory.
