Role Summary

This role invites candidates to join as Data Analyst Interns combining internship with potential full-time employment, working onsite in a night shift schedule. The position emphasizes transforming recruitment data into actionable insights through advanced analytical techniques and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, cleanse, validate, and interpret recruitment and business datasets.
Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly management information system (MIS) reports.
Create executive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to visualize data trends and metrics.
Evaluate recruiter performance, sourcing strategies, client delivery outcomes, and other recruitment KPIs.
Track recruitment funnel metrics to pinpoint and address process inefficiencies.
Develop automated reporting structures and visual analytics.
Construct recruiter performance scorecards and productivity tracking tools.
Leverage AI-based platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to enhance reporting and automate workflows.
Analyze hiring trends and provide data-driven suggestions to improve recruitment efficiency.
Maintain high standards for data reliability, consistency, and comprehensive documentation of reporting processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel features, Power BI (including Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX), data visualization, data cleaning, data modeling, KPI dashboard creation, business reporting, and Google Sheets.
Experience with AI productivity tools is essential; knowledge of SQL, Python (Pandas), Power Automate, VBA/Macros, recruitment ATS (CEIPAL, FasterQ, Naukri RMS), and API integration is advantageous.
Familiarity with AI platforms including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude AI, Perplexity AI, NotebookLM, and Power BI AI features.
Certifications in Power BI, Excel, SQL, or Data Analytics are beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, communication skills, ability to handle large datasets, time management, critical thinking, and independent work capability.

Internship Details and Career Path

Selected applicants will undergo a 3-month internship with a stipend of INR 10,000 per month. Successful performance and completion will lead to a full-time US Recruiter position offering an annual cost to company (CTC) of INR 253,200 plus statutory benefits like PF and ESIC. This role offers long-term professional development opportunities.

Preferred Background

Fresh graduates or candidates with zero years experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Business Analysis, or Reporting Analysis.
Experience or exposure in recruitment, staffing, HR analytics, or workforce management is preferred.
Understanding of recruitment KPIs and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms is an additional advantage.

Work Scope

Constructing dashboards reflecting recruiter performance and client productivity.
Generating reports on daily productivity, hiring trends, recruitment funnel metrics, and revenue.
Analyzing ATS data and developing executive MIS reports.
Implementing AI-driven reporting enhancements and workflow automation.
Developing workforce planning analytics.
