About the Role

The Data Analyst position within the Planet Passionate programme at Kingspan Data Solutions involves managing the governance, reporting, forecasting, and continuous enhancement of sustainability initiatives. Working under the Divisional Planet Passionate Programme Manager, the role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of sustainability data through strict controls, standardized procedures, well-prepared audit documentation, and development of insightful reporting and forecasting systems.

This role contributes significantly to enhancing the divisional and business unit performance visibility, recognizing risks and opportunities related to target achievements, and facilitating the integration of acquisitions and new business units into the Planet Passionate framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee the completeness, precision, and promptness of Planet Passionate data reporting across various sites, business segments, and regions.
• Establish and uphold robust data governance protocols, validation measures, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and audit readiness.
• Generate detailed monthly performance reports tailored to different audiences for business review purposes.
• Develop, update, and refine forecasting models to identify performance gaps, risks, and growth opportunities relative to targets.
• Champion audit readiness through efficient evidence handling, documentation management, and maintaining auditable reports.
• Lead the creation and ongoing improvement of dashboards, reporting tools, validation systems, and automation processes.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining standards, procedures, and controls relevant to Planet Passionate reporting practices.
• Support integration of procurement and PG&S data into reporting and forecasting mechanisms to bolster performance insight and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• A relevant tertiary degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Proven analytical skills managing substantial datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Experience in data governance, reporting, dashboard creation, forecasting, or business performance evaluation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to data accuracy and quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of interpreting complex data for business insights.
• Ability to manage ad-hoc requests swiftly across diverse topics.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices, ESG reporting, environmental metrics, or manufacturing operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
