Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's data analytics strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
• Deliver actionable insights to enhance revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.
• Perform detailed analysis across sales, CRM, technical services, and operations data to detect patterns, revenue losses, conversion challenges, customer issues, and areas for improvement.
• Create executive dashboards, management information system reports, KPI/KRI scorecards, and frameworks to monitor performance effectively.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of analytics infrastructure leveraging GCP and BigQuery platforms.
• Manage ETL processes, data pipelines, automation workflows, API integrations, and establish data governance protocols.
• Integrate diverse data sources including Salesforce, LeadSquared, Looker, BigQuery, ERP, CRM, and other systems to support decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and business stakeholders to aid strategic and operational decisions.
• Identify inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, business risks, and opportunities for cost savings across business functions.
• Set and enforce data quality standards, reporting governance policies, and best practices organizational-wide.

Team Leadership and Development

• Establish and expand the data analytics team aligned with business growth demands.
• Recruit, guide, and retain a skilled team of 5 to 10 data analysts, BI developers, and data engineers.
• Define team objectives, performance indicators, career progression plans, and training initiatives.
• Cultivate a culture emphasizing ownership, innovation, continuous enhancement, and strong business partnerships within the analytics group.
• Ensure the punctual delivery of analytics projects, reports, dashboards, and insightful business analysis.

Required Skills and Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery architecture.
• Expertise in dashboard creation, business intelligence solutions, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong grasp of sales, CRM, customer, and operational analytics domains.
• Practical experience with ETL/ELT workflows, data automation, API management, and data warehousing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LeadSquared, Looker, BigQuery, API integrations, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proven leadership skills in building and scaling analytics teams.
• Solid business insight with the capability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates holding a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science or a B.Sc degree in IT & Data Analytics are eligible to apply.
