Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain an extensive catalog of baton twirling opportunities and groups, showcasing Twirlmate’s value to the community.
• Regularly update the catalog to reflect new announcements and amendments to existing listings.
• Engage with event organizers and key leaders within the baton twirling sport to gather relevant data.
• Collaborate with Twirlmate leadership and peers to distribute content through social media platforms.
• Contribute 2-3 hours per week collecting and digitizing critical data such as contest save-the-date notices, registration deadlines, camps, clinics, and classes.
• Keep the database detailed, organized, and accurate, ensuring completeness of data entries.
• Work closely with administrative team members to resolve inconsistencies and system bugs affecting data quality.
• Follow established best practices in data management, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Interest or experience in data collection and management.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proficient typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite applications.
