The Customer, Products & Services (CP&S) team is central to delivering BNZ's key customer and lending transformation programs. You will operate across advanced SaaS banking platforms, collaborating closely with business, technology, and delivery teams to secure quality results in a fast-paced, complex setting.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, fixed-term position lasting 24 months, based in Auckland with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite and two days remote flexibility. You will contribute to strategic lending and customer transformation projects facilitated by modern SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate business testing preparedness by converting test scenarios into well-defined, structured, and executable test and delivery workflows.
• Support the review of business test scenarios to ensure compliance, clarity, and alignment with requirements before Business Validation Testing (BVT) begins.
• Monitor delivery progress continuously and communicate risks, maintaining transparent stakeholder engagement and confidence.
• Identify, categorize, and manage blockers and issues, driving prompt resolution through clear responsibility shared among Business Analysts, Technology, and Data teams.
• Assist in preparing and validating test data to prevent execution delays caused by data inconsistencies or gaps.

Experience and Skills Required

• Background in testing, quality assurance, delivery support, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in translating complex processes into lucid workflows.
• Familiarity with Jira or comparable delivery management tools.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Advanced skills in Excel and effective communication abilities.
