Role Overview

Japan Foods Holding Ltd is hiring a full-time dishwasher to support kitchen cleanliness and dishwashing operations at its Central Singapore location.

Key Duties

• Wash pots, pans, trays, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dishwashing station, tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Store cleaned dishes, utensils, and cooking items in the proper place.
• Dispose of waste in the assigned disposal area.
• Clean the trash bins regularly.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and use the required protective gear while working in the kitchen.

Work Conditions

• The role involves manual work and requires good physical fitness.
• You should be comfortable operating a dishwasher machine.
• Work may take place in warm, oily, and humid kitchen conditions.
• The job requires both teamwork and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Must be physically fit for manual duties.
• Should be able to use a dishwasher machine.
• Expected to work well with others and also manage tasks independently.
• Must be able to perform in a hot, oily, and humid environment.
• WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate is required.
• Must maintain strong food hygiene standards and follow dishwasher operating procedures.
