Role overview

Logan's Roadhouse is hiring dishwashers immediately for both full-time and part-time work. This back-of-house role centers on keeping the dish area running smoothly so the restaurant can serve guests efficiently.

Key duties

• Manually clean pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using company-approved washing methods.
• Keep utensils and service ware properly cleaned and sanitized so kitchen operations remain fast and efficient.
• Maintain the dish area, related equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
• Keep the work zone and equipment clean and orderly throughout the shift.
• Replace dish machine chemicals, refresh water, and manage the three-compartment sink when needed.
• Check that the machine is operating correctly and that chemical levels stay within range during the workday.
• Work cooperatively with the BOH team and communicate in a friendly, considerate manner.
• Be prepared to handle additional related tasks as business needs require.

Requirements
