Role Overview

The restaurant is hiring dishwasher team members for both full-time and part-time shifts. This back-of-house position centers on dish pit and dish machine operations, with an emphasis on cleanliness, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Duties

• Clean pots, pans, and other kitchen tools by hand using approved washing methods.
• Keep dishes, utensils, and service items sanitized and ready so the restaurant can maintain service speed.
• Look after the dish area, related equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
• Keep the work station and equipment clean and orderly throughout the shift.
• Replace dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink contents when needed.
• Check that the machine is operating correctly and that chemical levels remain within range during the day.
