Division Head

Overview

We are seeking a proactive Division Head to join Mahakhel Sports with immediate joining. This role demands strong marketing capabilities, team leadership, and independent work ethic to meet and exceed business objectives. Each division will be assigned according to the candidate's current or preferred location from the specified regional divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to advance business goals.
• Lead and motivate a small team of 5 to 7 members, managing their performance and growth.
• Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relations to foster team cohesion and stakeholder engagement.
• Work autonomously to accomplish set business targets and expand market presence.
• Required to conduct field visits using personal transportation to meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in computer operations with solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing with a proven ability to plan and execute campaigns.
• Experience in team leadership, including training, motivation, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and partners.
• Possession of a personal bike for market visits and business follow-ups.
