Document Reviewer - Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a Document Reviewer to contribute remotely by improving AI systems through precise review and handling of various data types. This position involves ensuring data quality, privacy compliance, and thorough documentation to enhance model training and performance.

Responsibilities

• Examine extensive amounts of both structured and unstructured data for accuracy and completeness.
• Detect and highlight issues concerning data quality, consistency, and risks related to Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Annotate, categorize, and redact sensitive details to uphold privacy and compliance standards.
• Adhere rigorously to guidelines, taxonomies, and workflows for data classification and validation.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm data integrity and validate results.
• Keep comprehensive records of reviewed documents and corresponding actions for accountability and traceability.
• Work collaboratively with the client's team, providing clear written and verbal updates on findings and suggestions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or data classification.
• Exceptional diligence and precision in repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of methods to handle and safeguard Personal Identifiable Information.
• Strong communication capabilities to record findings and interact effectively within a team.
• Able to comprehend and follow intricate guidelines and classification taxonomies.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or validation of substantial data sets.
• Capability to maintain a balance of speed and accuracy while working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or background in legal, compliance, privacy, auditing, or information security fields.
• Prior involvement in AI or machine learning data support projects.
• Comfortable using collaboration software and digital workflow tools.
