E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an E-Commerce Executive to oversee and maintain product listings across multiple online sales channels. The role involves managing order fulfillment, updating inventory levels, and preparing sales reports to enhance product exposure and sales performance. The candidate will liaise closely with warehouse, accounts, and customer support teams to ensure seamless marketplace operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. Additionally, involvement in promotional campaigns, discount planning, and marketing activities is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee order processing and inventory management activities.
• Compile and analyze sales reports to monitor and boost online sales.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse, accounting, and customer service departments.
• Handle day-to-day operations on marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
• Support promotional events, including discounts and campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in e-commerce operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with marketplace management and product cataloging processes.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
