Role overview
This is a senior growth leadership role for a United States-based e-commerce lead who will help build and scale a new-generation commerce engine at the crossroads of health, science, and decentralized innovation. The position sits with a partner company, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps.
You will own customer acquisition strategy across multiple digital touchpoints and improve performance through paid media, organic growth, and lifecycle marketing. The role calls for a strong direct-to-consumer mindset, a data-led approach to testing and optimization, and the ability to shape the full customer journey from first interaction through repeat purchase. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment where speed, experimentation, and accountability matter.
Key accountabilities
- Direct the full acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels, including paid social, paid search, SEO, email, content, and website improvements.
- Design, launch, and refine performance campaigns with a clear focus on CAC, ROAS, conversion efficiency, and sustainable scale.
- Improve the entire funnel by strengthening acquisition, activation, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Own lifecycle marketing programs such as email and SMS to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
- Review performance data every day, surface opportunities, test assumptions, and expand successful tactics quickly across channels.
- Work closely with product, community, and research teams to shape product storytelling and support go-to-market launches.
- Drive enhancements in e-commerce operations, including site performance, landing pages, and expansion into international markets.
Experience and skill requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in D2C e-commerce, preferably in health, wellness, or supplement brands.
- Demonstrated ability to grow paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, and TikTok with a strong focus on profitability and efficiency.
- Solid command of omnichannel growth marketing, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical fluency with core metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion rates, and attribution models.
- Practical experience building or scaling e-commerce businesses from early-stage to growth-stage environments.
- A highly experimental, test-and-learn mindset with a habit of continuous iteration and optimization.
- Comfort working independently in a remote-first setup with strong ownership and disciplined execution.
