Job Overview

As an Engineer specializing in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, you will be integral to ensuring that engineering designs and projects meet strict industry standards and client expectations within data centre or critical environment settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine technical drawings submitted by contractors for compliance with industry standards and requirements.
• Review electrical design calculation documents to verify alignment with company standards and regulations.
• Develop, distribute, and upload design briefs to a centralized SharePoint platform to support various projects.
• Maintain coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely updates and completion of reports, such as FAT, SAT, and progress reports.
• Assess submitted reports to confirm they fulfill company and client specifications.
• Manage authority submissions, guaranteeing regulatory adherence throughout project durations.
• Collaborate and review technical submissions with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure conformity with specifications and requirements.
• Organize and update project documentation, such as equipment lists, procurement lists, and asset lists, throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Certification in workplace safety standards (e.g., WSQ, WSH) is preferred.
• Exhibit a proactive, positive attitude and strong ethical conduct.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, managing challenges effectively in a fast-moving work environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
