Role Overview

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Entertainment Manager (m/f/d) positioned at our global headquarters in Hamburg to drive the global entertainment strategy. This role bridges the gap between conceptual planning and live event execution by devising scalable run-of-show frameworks, event playbooks, and efficient digital workflows. The successful candidate thrives on hands-on involvement, elevating live event entertainment to memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of entertainment aspects during live events, overseeing planning, setup, and execution of dynamic, high-energy shows aligned with our international race schedule.
• Create and refine standardized templates for run-of-show, briefing documents, and entertainment playbooks to maintain consistent branding across all event locations.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal departments, regional managers, and external collaborators including DJs, MCs, production staff, performers, and technical teams.
• Enhance digital tools and streamline operational processes to facilitate smooth entertainment planning, delivery of assets, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure brand consistency by monitoring and upholding uniform entertainment quality at all global HYROX events for the best athlete and spectator experience.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years practical experience in event operations, live entertainment, sports presentation, or stage management.
• Exhibit exceptional organizational capabilities with enthusiasm for designing precise templates, playbooks, and standardized procedures that create order in dynamic event settings.
• Demonstrate strong, confident communication skills to clearly brief diverse stakeholders including external talent and internal teams.
• Adopt a hands-on approach and flexibility to efficiently manage shifting timelines in a fast-paced show environment.
• Be located in or ready to relocate to Hamburg with proficiency in modern digital collaboration tools, project management software, and document design applications.
• Fluent in English with additional languages considered advantageous.
