Role overview
This organization is looking for a motivated, highly organized, and detail-focused Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to help keep day-to-day office activity running efficiently. What you'll do
- Assist managers, departments, and colleagues with routine administrative work.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional way.
- Keep paper and digital files, records, and documents well organized and up to date.
- Support data entry, report preparation, document creation, and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Arrange meetings and appointments, and help manage calendars when needed.
- Draft and circulate internal notices and office documents.
- Help track office supplies, manage filing, and complete general admin tasks.
- Contribute to special assignments and other duties given by management.
