Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for equipment flow based on import and export patterns.
• Initiate and drive equipment cost reduction projects.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the supply and evacuation of equipment.
• Maintain regional inventory in line with headquarters' targets.
• Lead local equipment-related projects and initiatives.
• Ensure inventory aligns with export booking forecasts.
• Work closely with vendors and Equipment Maintenance & Repair teams to guarantee service quality.
• Minimize equipment dwell time and long-standing inventory.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Coordinate central equipment programs and initiatives regionally.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Plan equipment positioning based on market demand.
• Operate in terminals where depot facilities are absent.
