About the Role
Located in Frankfurt, Germany, this full-time position on an 18-month fixed-term contract supports the ISSB Technical leadership team and related advisory groups and consultative bodies with comprehensive administrative assistance. The role involves managing complex scheduling, organizing meetings and events, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing support to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries and logistics for meetings, conference calls, webcasts, and conferences for the team.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for team members efficiently.
- Handle expense processing and credit card reconciliations for team members.
- Support other executive coordinators as backup when required to meet deadlines.
- Execute ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Coordinate schedules for ISSB advisory group meetings and events involving multiple internal and external international participants by liaising regularly with counterparts.
- Manage event logistics including booking venues and meeting rooms, and coordinating IT support for meeting technology needs.
- Create meeting agendas and compile as well as distribute meeting materials.
- Assist in the registration process for meeting participants and observers.
- Provide on-site support during meetings and events.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience supporting senior teams in an international setting with complex and dynamic travel and meeting coordination across different time zones.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborative approach to working with colleagues and engaging with stakeholders at various levels, both in-person and remotely.
- Highly autonomous, resourceful, and proficient problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and able to stay composed under pressure, handling changing priorities and demands constructively.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, capable of drafting clear and precise correspondence and documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
