Responsibilities
- Optimize costs by curbing in-house garment inspections through enhancing suppliers' quality assurance mechanisms using the Good Clothing Practice (GCP) initiative.
- Ensure prompt and complete resolution of Failure Root Analysis (FRA) to consistently meet the Brand Compliance Delivery Schedule (BCDS) deadlines.
- Enhance garment quality assurance by elevating right-first-time (RFT) rates, minimizing failure incidences in both FRA and Technical Root Analysis (TRA).
- Develop vendor competence and foster partnerships through Green Channel collaborations, supplier certification processes, and implementing joint quality improvement projects.
- Deliver high-quality products that reduce garment-related customer returns.
- Advance personnel skills by providing garment inspection training for Supplier Quality Assurance teams, as well as in-house and outsourced factory inspection staff.
