Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
Between 3 and 5 years of project management experience within commercial construction or a related sector
Proven record managing clients and developing projects
Comprehensive knowledge of construction operations and building systems
Competency with project management software, Microsoft Office suite, and AIA documentation
Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for transportation
Excellent communication capabilities coupled with strong leadership qualities

Physical Expectations

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Comfortable climbing ladders as part of site activities

General Responsibilities

Participate actively in regular internal meetings, including weekly operational, quarterly, and project closeout sessions
Carefully manage all company assets such as tools, vehicles, and electronic devices
Create detailed scopes of work for specialized projects and handle the procurement process
Engage with clients to understand needs thoroughly and provide pertinent project updates
Prepare cost estimates and project budgets

Project Coordination

Ensure fieldwork is well-coordinated and projects are completed on schedule
Supervise project timelines and adjust as necessary to uphold quality and efficiency
Work collaboratively with subcontractors and vendors to meet project goals
Offer on-site leadership emphasizing compliance with safety protocols and project standards

Quality Control Responsibilities

Establish and enforce rigorous quality control procedures
Conduct site inspections proactively to resolve issues promptly
Manage warranty claims effectively while maintaining client satisfaction

Administrative Duties

Keep accurate documentation and records for projects
Update service requests daily, including notes, receipts for materials, and time logs
Compile reports detailing progress and suggesting areas for enhancement

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Deliver added value by offering a broad range of services to clients
Ensure client expectations are met professionally and efficiently

Additional Responsibilities and Potential Assignments

Represent the company at industry-focused events when necessary
Support the recruitment process for the division through interview participation and onboarding assistance
