Pushpa Springs is seeking diligent and committed Factory Workers to contribute to our day-to-day manufacturing activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Support machine operators during production cycles.
- Manage raw materials and handle finished products efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and inspect goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the factory environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials as necessary.
- Follow the established production timelines and safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Physically capable to perform manual factory tasks.
- Disciplined with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

Compensation Details
