Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to increase customer base and achieve sales targets by connecting directly with clients in person. The role involves vigorous field activities, excellent communication, and a strong inclination towards sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to potential and current customers in designated locations to generate leads and finalize sales.
• Effectively introduce, promote, and sell our product offerings to clients.
• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Perform market research to uncover new business prospects.
• Manage and follow up on leads to maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Provide daily reports summarizing field activities and sales results.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order handling and product delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in field sales or related positions.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territories.
• Basic knowledge of customer handling and sales techniques.

Preferred Credentials

• A bachelor's degree or relevant background in sales or marketing is favored.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is considered a plus.

Additional Information

This position focuses mainly on Kotak 811 savings account opening through fieldwork methods.

Remuneration

The monthly salary ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 35,000.
