Financial Analyst

Position Overview

CleanLife is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Riyadh team. This role focuses on converting financial data into actionable business insights, delivering strategic support to leadership through comprehensive financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will help steer sustainable growth by performing profitability assessments, risk evaluations, and performance reporting.

Core Responsibilities

• Generate and scrutinize financial reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive financial models tailored for strategic planning and investment appraisals.
• Formulate annual budgets and conduct periodic forecasting exercises.
• Execute variance analysis by comparing actual financial results against budgets and forecasts.
• Assess revenue streams, operational expenditures, gross margin, and overall business unit profitability.
• Track financial health and discern patterns, risks, and expansion opportunities.
• Conduct cost analyses and propose measures to boost operational efficiency and cost control.
• Produce cash flow projections and aid in managing working capital.
• Design and oversee financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and executive dashboards.
• Analyze the financial viability of new initiatives, projects, and investments.
• Assist with financial closing activities for month-end and year-end periods by supplying detailed analysis and reports.
• Collaborate across departments including Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Procurement to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver insightful management presentations and executive-level reports.
• Uphold financial data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Facilitate compliance with internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
• Keep abreast of evolving financial regulations, accounting guidelines, and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Between three and five years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance roles.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities, financial modeling proficiency, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel coupled with experience using financial reporting software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at multitasking in dynamic settings.
• Professional finance certifications such as ACCA or ICAEW are considered highly beneficial.
