Job Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within the Charter Team to oversee private charter flights from the initial inquiry and quotation through aircraft booking to the successful completion of the charter.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key travel bookers across your assigned client portfolio.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with aircraft operators.
• Contribute to expanding the operator database while ensuring that operator and fleet information remains accurate and current.
• Respond timely to client charter requests and manage communications regarding any booking modifications.
• Prepare flight briefs and compile post-flight reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with all legal and company guidelines pertaining to flight bookings.
• Coordinate invoicing processes for both clients and suppliers.
• Provide ad hoc reporting as requested by clients.
• Occasional domestic travel may be required to visit clients and operators.
• Support brokers with various ad hoc duties as needed.
• The role involves flexible working hours and may occasionally require working beyond normal business times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, operators, and stakeholders.
• A strong customer service background with a focus on interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational capabilities to manage logistics, schedules, and detailed operational tasks.
• Basic understanding of aviation regulations, terminology, and procedures is advantageous.
• Proven problem-solving skills to swiftly address and resolve unexpected situations.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, prioritize workloads, and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Competent in using software applications for flight booking, communication, and data management.
