Front End Developer

Position Overview

Aditi Consulting is looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to join a small, collaborative team within a larger organization. The role focuses on designing and maintaining complex applications built on React, contributing significantly to creating outstanding user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain scalable, high-quality front-end applications utilizing React and associated technologies.
• Work closely with a compact, cross-functional team to guide projects from initial concept through completion.
• Produce clean, efficient, and thoroughly tested code aligned with industry best practices.
• Enhance application performance ensuring fast load times and responsiveness.
• Participate in architectural and design discussions to influence product development.
• Keep current with evolving front-end frameworks, tools, and trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript programming.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and accessibility compliance.
• Experience managing state with Redux.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate well in teams.
• Proven capability to work autonomously and within small groups.
• Optional but beneficial skills include familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks, cloud services experience, and exposure to advertising technology.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay rate ranges from $64 to $65 per hour. Non-exempt roles qualify for overtime at 1.5 times the base hourly wage for hours exceeding 40 per week, or as required by applicable law. Offers consider skills, education, and experience.
