Front Store Supervisor - Full Time, Day Shift

About the Role

Become part of a community-focused, locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store where your role centers on delivering health, beauty, and convenience services to customers. You will play a key role in placing customers at the forefront of all activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer service operations including managing cash handling, cashier staff, and merchandising
• Ensure full compliance of cashiers and merchandisers with store policies and operational procedures
• Train and provide continuous guidance to cashier and merchandising teams
• Implement all loss prevention measures, manage daily cash office inventory, cashier tracking sheets, and PC Optimum procedures
• Maintain the store’s professional image in line with Uniform Policy guidelines and respond to customer inquiries about product locations, rainchecks, etc.
• Resolve customer concerns according to set policies, including refunds and exchanges, while encouraging participation in the CSI Survey
• Maintain shelving standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper product rotation
• Set up and remove product displays following direction from management
• Uphold standards of housekeeping and the store’s overall image and comply with all health and safety requirements
• Possibly perform clerical and banking tasks as needed
• Adhere to all store and loss prevention policies and execute them effectively in daily operations
• Perform cashier duties when necessary

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.15 to $19.15. The final pay depends on an individual's experience, skill set, and geographic location of the store. Note: The company employs artificial intelligence to assist in application screening, evaluation, and selection for this vacancy.
