• Locations across the UK including Dartford, Cambridge, Park Royal, St Albans, Solihull, Wolverhampton, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Southampton, and Bristol

Role & Responsibilities

As a Future Talent Trainee, you'll engage in multiple department rotations, receiving performance evaluations and skill development to prepare you for success. Core areas include:

• Sales: Assisting customers throughout their purchase journey both virtually and in-person, educating on Tesla products, and managing inquiries.
• Delivery: Overseeing the entire delivery process including customer communication, financing, vehicle preparation, and handover quality assurance.
• Service: Participating in service operations including frontline customer interaction, parts management, and vehicle maintenance assistance.
• Elective Rotation: A tailored final placement aligning with your potential future role to deepen expertise.

Post-Programme Opportunities

With strong performance, trainees are encouraged to pursue full-time positions within Tesla across the UK, guided by supportive leadership and career mentoring.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid UK or EU driving license held for at least one year by programme commencement
• Display enthusiasm and initiative in a fast-paced, multi-department environment
• Be available to travel regularly between Tesla locations or events, with possible commuting for delivery rotations
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be receptive to feedback and committed to ongoing improvement
• Effectively juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality results
• Maintain a friendly, confidential, and professional attitude representing Tesla positively
• Apply analytical thinking and challenge existing norms to innovate
• Not be enrolled in full-time education at programme start; gap year students are currently not eligible
